Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom is a private bedroom adjacent to the screen porch. It has a queen bed, in-room air conditioning, blackout blinds, a large dresser, and an occluded sunrise view. The Master Bedroom is located on the Main Level of the Cottage.

The Loft Bedroom is an open space enclosed by railings above the Living Room and Kitchen. It has a queen bed, air conditioning, blackout blinds, a private dressing area, and a beautiful sunrise view over the water. Because of the narrow stairs and railings, this is not safe for young children.

The Property

  • The Verde Cottage is located on Bordeaux Mountain, St. John

  • Very important to note: There is a long 67-step stairway to access the Cottage, your gateway to peace & privacy!

  • The home is at the highest point above sea level, with cool tropical breezes at night and lush flora and fauna (it is normal to see tree lizards, coqui frogs, a variety of birds, and other insects)

  • Beautiful views of the East End of St John and the British Virgin Islands and lush Bordeaux Mountain from the home

  • Peaceful residential neighborhood on a quiet dirt road

  • Free onsite parking in a large gravel parking area for 2 vehicles

  • 20-min drive to Cruz Bay, a 12-min drive to Coral Bay, and a 10-min drive to the nearest of the North Shore Beaches.

Verde Cottage Floor Plan

The Verde Cottage is a two-story 650 sq ft home. The Main Level has the entryway deck, kitchen, living room, bathroom, wraparound screen porch, and Master Bedroom. The upstairs is accessed via a narrow stairway and is a small Loft Bedroom enclosed by railings with a private dressing area.
